Disclosure Agreement.
This disclosure agreement is provided by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC and Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC, DBA Mystic Party Animals of Groton, Connecticut. We reserve the right to update this agreement at our discretion (last updated July 15, 2025).
By engaging in services with Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC and Mystic Party Animals, you agree that you have read and understand this disclosure.
I. Safety
All participants in animal activities are considered at one's own risk. Animals are unpredictable and injuries can happen. We take every step possible to ensure the safety and enjoyment of each participant but there are unforeseen circumstances that could result in serious injury or death. As such, for the safety both human and animal, we require that you abide by the rules and the instructions provided by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC employees.
II. Animal Health
Animals are bathed and thoroughly groomed and receive proper inoculations as recommended by the farm vet. Each animal is seen by a vet a minimum of twice a year, with the exception of the chickens. Injured or sick chickens or birds are removed from interacting with the public and hospitalized on the farm. If necessary, they are seen by a vet as well.
We require that you do not feed animals unless you are in the presence of a Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC employee, and have permission to do so. Many of the animals have special diets and feeding an animal the wrong food can result in serious health implications.
III. Guest Expectations
Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous to both Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC employees and animals. For the health and safety for all humans and animals involved, guests are required to follow instructions and otherwise seek guidance from Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC employees.
While we endeavor to maintain professional standards for our animals and farm, animals and farms are often dirty. Guests can expect a level of dirt associated with a well-kept farm, and it is suggested that guests dress comfortably and appropriately for the occasion.
Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC is not responsible for soiled or damaged personal clothing or personal possessions. While we will make our best effort to find and return lost items, Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC is also not responsible for lost possessions.
IV. Pony and Unicorn Parties
Pony parties and unicorn parties can be held onsite at Fairway Farm, or offsite at a location of the customer’s choosing. Offsite parties must be held on property that the customer is authorized to use, and it is legal to do so. Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC reserves the right to reject locations at our discretion, for reasons including safety, legality and appropriateness.
Parties hosted onsite at Fairway Farm cost $350 for the first hour, and $100 for each additional hour.
Parties hosted offsite at a customer location cost $395 for an hour, with travel costs included for locations within approximately 45 miles or 60 minutes of Fairway Farm. Additional costs may apply based on extended travel, additional accommodations, and other considerations.
V. Privacy
Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC collects information from prospects and customers in order to market and conduct business. Information provided to Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC will only be used for necessary business purposes and additional marketing offers from Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC. Your information will not be sold, traded, or given to any other party for any other reason by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC.
Photos, audio and video (“media”) may be captured by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC during events hosted by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC. Captured media may be used for marketing purposes, such as, but not limited to, this website, email and social media. Media captured by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC will not be used for any other purposes.
You may request upfront that media of your event not be captured or used for marketing by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC. Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC will honor this request.
Requests to remove media after it has already been captured and used in marketing by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC will be honored by Mystic Equestrian Centre LLC wherever possible within a reasonable timeframe.
